The 3 hour workshop will come with inspiring choice of scarves, trims and trinkets to embellish either you own jacket or one we can provide for a small fee. Do this with a group of fellow sustainable style and upcycling lovers, in an all purpose workroom and learn from upcycling clothing tutor with over 40 years of experience. You will need some sewing experience and can bring your own materials to add that special touch.

THINGS TO REMEMBER
You don’t have to bring anything but if you have a jacket in your size that you would love to update this is the best sustainable practice you could have and would save waste and money!
Scarves, trims and sparkly things will be provided but feel free to bring the things you’d love to customise on your jacket.
If you do need a denim jacket – please email admin@lmhs.org.uk your size and preferred colour (i.e. pale denim or dark blue or charcoal – cost of jacket £30 would be added to the course fee of £65) at least 10 days before the course.
You need to know how to use a sewing machine in order to finish everything in the allocated time.
