Course Content
Students will learn how to deconstruct a second-hand item (their own old clothes) that they will have brought to the class. They will aim to create a new piece by recomposing and reconstructing the original garment. Ā At the end of 5 or 6 sessions, students should have transformed their selected garments, ready to show off and to wear.
Some sewing ability and how to use a sewing machine will be necessary.

You will have the use of all equipment in the workroom including: large tables, sewing machines, over-lockers, irons & metal rulers.
